Isaias and Priscilla Nieves are the founders of IPN Ministries and have more than 20 years of combined ministry experience. Their work includes over 10 years of youth ministry, with experience in worship, discipleship, teaching, and evangelism, including two years of youth pastoring in Lynn, MA. Together, they lead the annual Zeal Conference, a highly anticipated event that hosts hundreds of youth across the East Coast to passionately pursue God. Their ministry has reached the U.S., the Dominican Republic, and Argentina, impacting lives across multiple countries. Their mission is to "save souls, strengthen churches, and set hearts on fire."
Isaias, a graduate of Northpoint Bible College with a degree in Theology, is the co-founder of Growing Down, a virtual Bible course series. With years of experience teaching both high school students and adults, he has helped multilingual learners master English, empowering them with skills to succeed in life and career. Raised as a pastor's daughter, Priscilla's foundation in faith has shaped her role in worship and ministry. She has led worship on national and international stages and has been instrumental in developing teams that strive for excellence. Priscilla is a passionate kindergarten teacher, dedicated to helping shape the next generation and providing a strong foundation of learning for young children.
They have two daughters: Zarah, born in June 2023, and Aylah, born in November 2024. In their free time, they cherish traveling, eating good food, and creating lasting memories with their daughters.
